GROWTH HISTORY

(From NCN-2017 to TCPL-2024):

The company was initially known as “National Communication Networks (NCN)” when it was established and registered in 2017 in Latur, Maharashtra. Within a few years the company has become one of the leading providers of Building work, Telecommunication, M.I. tanks, Dam Construction, OFC cable laying services, hard rock blasting & excavation in Maharashtra. For the past 25 years, we have established professional relationships with both the Government and private sectors, including Reliance Jio and Bharat Net (BBNL). Under Digital India projects, we have contributed significantly to the installation of OFC cable networks in Maharashtra. NCN has also strengthened our work relationships with various network companies. Our established approach to the PR/legal department ensures that we don’t encounter any unnecessary delays and can concentrate on the task at hand. We established ‘Tushar Constrocorp Private Limited’ in 2024 and took a step forward to work extensively in the infrastructure industry. Our mission is our top priority and we strive to make it a reality by doing our best.

Founder of the company. He has over 27 years of experience in construction and operations. He has worked with various MNC's at different projects for a company making him handy from all aspects as a finance, project execution and client approach. He also has hands on experience in Turnkey projects. Has worked with companies like Megha Engineering, Godavari Projects Limited etc.

MRS. VARSHA SHABADE

Director

With a total experience in managing finance & accounts since past 15 years.
She brings with her a better understanding & amalgamation of on field & site an activities.
